Yes, SuperBox can support voice command functions. First, insert two AAA batteries into the remote control and turn on the SuperBox. Keep the remote and TV box within 10 inches of each other and press the Voice button on the remote. Then, press the [OK] and [Return] buttons together until the indicator light flashes for pairing. Press the [OK] button until the red light stops blinking. Finally, go to [Settings]-[Remote&Accessories] to check if the device is connected. Look for the “RC-200” device to confirm the pairing. If the Bluetooth function or voice command function has some issues, you can re-connect it and pair it again to try it out.

On the home screen, click the Settings button, then Network &Internet. Turn on your WiFi, then select your network and enter your password.
How do I program my SuperBox remote?
You may use the SuperBox remote to operate your TV, so you won’t need two remotes when watching. At the top of the SuperBox remote, there are four buttons that have been marked in white, which you may use to operate your television.
1. Hold the white power button in the highlighted area until it begins to blink, then hold it until the red light stays on. 2. Aim your TV remote at the SuperBox remote and press the function button on the TV remote that you want to configure (such as the power button).
3. Press the same button on the SuperBox remote (press the power button while holding the power button on the TV remote), and the red light should flash three times and remain highlighted if the function has been copied.
4. Simply repeat the process to program other buttons (often two volumes up, down, and another random button).
5. If programming fails, the red indication light will blink five times, and you will need to start it again.
6. When you’ve finished programming, simply press any buttons outside the white line to exit the programming mode; the indicator light should turn off.

Please go through the Settings (Gear Icon) from the home page. It’s under Device Preferences on the Settings. The date and time setting option should be there. Please make sure that the correct time zone is selected
How to add your favorite channels?
If you want to add a favorite channel, go to the Live Channels and press the “OK” button on the remote to show the channels on the left side. From there, you can select a channel, then press and hold the “OK” button for a few seconds until the star gets highlighted. It then gets added in the favorites section.
